Unique Handmade Glass Clocks
Need something functional yet fun? Here's a selection of glass clocks, each one completely unique and not something you would find on the high street! There are two styles, the wave and the iridescent fossil print:
The wave clocks have an undulating shape which accentuates the wispy variation in the glass. Some are translucent (seen in the pictures where the clock is held to the sky) and all have more depth in real life than the camera can capture. The blue and green wave is also slightly sparkly which looks fabulous in sunlight.
The iridescent fossil print style has two very different sides for two different looks. Where transparent glass has been used the clock mechanism can be reversed to feature either the rainbow side or viewed through the coloured top layer for a more subtle effect. This is particularly effective on the blue fish clock and the grey peacock feathers. It's difficult to capture the depth and variety of colour with a camera but the effect is similar to oil on water. The amount of colour seen will vary in different lighting conditions and the colour behind the clock (see the photos with black or white backgrounds for the difference). The opaque glass has a matte rainbow finish and really catches the light.
These are all designed to be wall mounted and run using a single AA battery (not supplied due to postage restrictions). Please ensure you have an appropriate wall fixing to hang these on.
Any of the hands can be changed - please get in touch to customise. No numbers are included on the faces as the clocks could be rotated to sit on a side (this would require a stand for those that are non-wave). Numbers or marks could be added if required.
